Brad Tindle serves as the Sales Manager here at Ridgeline. He brings more than 20 years of retail management experience along with a Business Management degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams and built a strong foundation in customer service and team development.

After more than two decades in the retail industry, Brad was ready for a new challenge—one that allowed him to apply his strengths in leadership, people-first service, and problem-solving in a growing, customer-focused business. Ridgeline offered the perfect opportunity for that transition.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cheering on Alabama football, and adding new finds to his bourbon collection.

Katie Calvert is a recruiter who is genuinely passionate about connecting people with opportunities that can change their lives. She believes great teams begin with great relationships, and that philosophy guides the way she approaches every hiring conversation. Katie takes the time to understand each candidate’s strengths, goals, and motivations, allowing her to make thoughtful matches that support both the individual and the organization. Katie has been married for four years, and she and her husband have two beautiful kids who bring joy and purpose to their lives. They live in Springville, Alabama, a community she loves deeply.
