Chris Baldus is a devoted husband and father of three with a passion for family, travel, and fishing. He has been in the roofing industry since 2009, working tirelessly to provide top-notch service to his clients. Chris’ best friend is Scott, whom he has known since Kindergarten, and together they founded Ridgeline, a roofing company that prides itself on strong team culture. Chris loves watching his team members grow and succeed and feels privileged to be part of the Ridgeline family. When he’s not on the job, he can be found cheering on his kids at their sports games, attending concerts with his wife Leighann, or exploring the great outdoors. He is excited to see where the future takes him and the Ridgeline team.

Scott Bullard

Scott Bullard is a co-founder of Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a company that prides itself on its unique culture. Scott’s passion for helping others is evident in the work that Ridgeline does. He holds certifications from Haag, Drones, Coatings, and several different manufacturers – so you know he’s the real deal. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and watching musicals.

Ana Juan Dodd is the Vice President of Finance at Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is proud of the team’s extensive roofing knowledge and commitment to excellent customer service. Ana values Ridgeline’s family-like culture, where Chris and Scott are understanding of personal situations.

In her free time, Ana enjoys outdoor activities with her kiddos. She has been with Ridgeline since its small beginnings and believes in their core mission of helping people with their roofing needs.

Nathan Guidry

Operations Manager

Bio

Nathan Guidry, Operations Manager and Supplemental Estimator at Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, is known as “The Supplement King” for his expertise in navigating insurance supplements. He values excellent customer service and delivering quality work. Nathan takes pride in Ridgeline’s commitment to standing behind their work and helping homeowners through what can be a stressful process.

For Nathan, the most enjoyable aspect of his job is helping homeowners through what can be a stressful process and making it easy for them. He also appreciates his co-workers and the positive feedback from satisfied customers.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family at baseball games and dance recitals, gardening, and completing home improvement projects. With his expertise and dedication, Nathan is a valuable asset to the Ridgeline team.
