Further note that this Site may use Cookies (user identification to improve your web browsing experience) whether or not you are directly inputting information into the Site itself.

1. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our Site or app?

2. When do we collect information?

4. Do we use Cookies?
Yes. We may use tracking technologies, such as first and third party cookies to collect certain information about visitors to our Site and interactions with our emails and online or mobile advertisements (“Cookies”) in order to improve your experience with the Site. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier and serve a function similar to Cookies, but in contrast, they are stored on your computer’s hard drive and embed invisibly on web or mobile application pages. We may use Clear GIFs in connection with our Site and App to, among other things, track the activities of users and visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Site and Apps.

7. Targeted Advertising and Analytics
We engage others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. 8. Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
When it comes to the collection of Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years, COPPA puts parents in control. The FTC, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces COPPA which spells out what operators of sites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We will not knowingly collect information from children.
9. CAN SPAM Act
The CAN SPAM Act is a law that governs commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out penalties for violations. We collect your email address to send information, respond to inquiries or requests, and deliver marketing materials.
